Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days. Please ensure all items are returned in new, undamaged condition in original packaging with tags attached.

All returns are subject to inspection, items must be returned in a fully resalable condition and we reserve the right to refuse a return if your item does not meet our original condition requirements.

Please be sure to use adequate protective packaging to ensure your return arrives safely and in original condition. Any damaged returns will not be accepted. 

Once we have received the returned items and ensured that they meet our original condition requirements we will issue a full refund excluding any delivery charges incurred. Unfortunately delivery charges are non-refundable.

The return shipping costs will not be covered by M for Majlis and buyer must pay the return postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure it makes it back to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. 

It can take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return to process your return. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment and may take a few days to appear on your bank statement depending on your card issuer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please first return the item you wish to exchange and then place a new order for your preferred item. 

Defective Products 

Our products are handmade are therefore may have minor imperfections and/or irregularities, we believed that these minor imperfection add to the beauty and character of the individual piece. If you believe these blemishes are in-fact a fault than please contact us at Hello@mformajlis.com within 3 working days to arrange a refund. 

Please include as much information as you can about the defective item and if possible provide pictures to show fault/damage. Please do not destroy or throw away any defected items/or packaging before contacting us, as doing so may affect your eligibility to receive a refund.  

Cancellations

Unfortunately all sales are final, we do not offer any cancellations once a product has been dispatched. To return an item please see the Returns Policy above.
